Emotional Heling-Sanidad Emocional

Sometimes we don’t realized that we are just human beings, with so much imperfections, so many weaknesses, with so many needs. We are walking like nothing has happend, pretending our life is just so perfect, so nice, so good; that we can do it!! Let us recognized our brokenness as leaders so everybody can see that we are just like everybody else. We don’t know everything, we don’t have everything under control, we don’t even have a strong leadership, becase it is not about us. It has never been about us. Joe Dallas in his book Desires in Conflict says, “Disclosure opens the door to intimate comunication and support from the people we choose to admit our weaknesses to, and so begins the flow of emotional healing”.

  1. Miguel, I understand the fact that we need to share our brokeness in order to better relate with people, but what about healing?

  2. Jeff, I belive healing will come back through being honest with each other. There can not be healing without brokenness. Brokenness is to know that we can not do anyhting but to relay on Him (Jesus)
